Comprehensive marketing information on all businesses in the U.S., Canada, & Mexico regardless of size, plus international businesses with $500,000+ sales or 20+ employees.The database provides comprehensive marketing information on both public and private companies and their executives. Profiles include specialty information like executive biographies and proprietary eight-digit SIC codes.

The Million Dollar Database is especially designed to help you lookup in-depth company & contact information, find new sales opportunities, conduct marketing research, and identify potential job opportunities. With that in mind, the database includes a Basic Search for simple company lookups, and a Search Designer that lets you search by a combination of over 30 criteria. And using the Million Dollar Database’s File Builder, you can easily download a list of leads in minutes.

Note: you can only download 2000 contacts at once, but you can select 1-2000 and 2001-4000 for example and download multiple spreadsheets.

Step #2: Download CSV File

Step #3: Open File in Open Office or Excel, Duplicate the current table (so you have the original for referencing back to). Isolate the variables you want on your Google Map (Business name, website, phone number, street address, city)

Step #4: Copy and paste the cells out of your spreadsheet right into the browser (I used Google Chrome) to www.BatchGEO.com  and specify what each part of your CSV file represents.

NOTE: BatchGEO only allows 250 points per map for the free version – so just select 250 in your spreadsheet before pasting and you’ll be golden. When doing 250, it may take 5 minutes to generate your map.

Boom. It creates a Google map with all of the pins on it – labelled with the businesses and hotlinks to the businesses website and phone number. You then just cross reference the Map data with your spreadsheet for additional information (like contacts within the company you want to reach) when you want to start calling!
